Q. Who are your customers?

A. We manufacture for individual businesses, retailers, traders, health food stores, beauty saloons, spas, niche brand companies, hotels, and other manufacturing companies.  We have also successfully penetrated the global mass markets. Our customers consist of prestigious companies with excellent track records.

Q. What is the Minimum Order quantity?

A. It depends on the customized product size per item and unique packing. Generally, the minimum order is 50 kg for bulk products or 1000 units per item for packing of finished products.

问. 订单的最低数量是多少?

答. 它是根据每项产品所需的体积和个别包装而定。一般上最低的订单是多数量产品的50公斤或制成产品的每样项目一千单位。

Q. How fast can the product be delivered to the customer?

A. With existing products, delivery time is approximately 14 working days from the time the raw materials, artwork and packaging are received and confirmed. For a new product order, it may require grace time for the formulation and packaging materials to be ready. Delivery time includes time for quality checks and assurances, which includes microbiological tests to ensure products are safe to use and are of the highest quality.

问. 需要多长的交货时间?

答. 在目前我们所生产的产品来说, 交货时间是大约14个工作天, 它是从收到及确定所用的原料, 图象设计和包装之后。对于新产品的订单, 它可能需要充足的时间去准备配方和包装原料。交货期限包括检查和确保品质微细检测以确定产品是可安全使用, 而且是最佳的素质。

Q. Can your R&D lab make a product that I propose?

A. Definitely. In fact, in most cases we can or we may propose to you a better solution. It must be noted that the amount of research and development time required for each project is different.

问. 您的研发部可不可以制作一种我所需要的产品?

答. 肯定能够。其实在大多数的项目中我们可以向您提议更好的方案。它必须依据每项不同产品在研究和发展所需的时间。

Q. How much does it cost for your R&D lab to manufacture samples?

A. We typically start with the development of a prototype formula. No extra charges are required for these samples.If complicated research and vast investments are needed, the charges will be on a case-by-case basis.However, we do have many existing formulae which may meet your requirements. These samples are free of charge.

问. 您的研发部在制作产品样本的收费是多少?

答. 我们一般上是开始研发一个样本的配方。而此项样本工作是无须额外收费。如果是需要投进复杂的研发和高昂的投资, 收费将以个别状况而定。无论如何, 我们经已准备了许多现成的配方供您选择。这些样本是免费的。

Q. Can you help me export my product?

A. Yes. Our market domain is very wide. Our customer network has been extended to countries such as South Korea, Australia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Africa, Hong  Kong, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Singapore, China and India. We also provide documentation services for export.

Q. Can I provide my own decorated packaging?

A. Yes. However, we require a sample of the packaging prior to filling, to check for compatibility with the product, compliance with Government labeling requirements and to ascertain compatibility with our production equipment.
