BPFK REGISTRATION (NPCB)
Cosmetic products in Malaysia are regulated under the Control of Drugs and Cosmetic Regulations 1984. From year 2002 to end 2007, the control of cosmetic products is through pre-market registration; where the company which is responsible to place the product in the local market submits product details and relevant certificates for review and registration by the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau (NPCB) before the product can be manufactured, imported or sold in the country.
BPFK 注册 (ＮＰＣＢ)
马来西亚的美容化妆产品是受到1984年药物控制及美容化妆产品规则法令所管制。从2002年到2007年, 美容化妆产品是通过在推出市场前的注册; 在产品被批准制造, 入口或销售之前,有关所生产产品的公司须呈上产品详情并附上有关的证件, 以让国家药剂管理局检测。
BKKM REGISTRATION (FSQD)
The Food Safety and Quality Division (FSQD) under the auspices of Ministry of Health of Malaysia is responsible for protecting the public against health hazards and fraud in the preparation, sale and use of food. The function of FSQD is also to ensure that foods being sold are free from contamination and complies with the Food Act 1983 and Food Regulation 1985.

食品安全及品质部（FSQD）是马来西亚卫生部辖下专负责保护公众健康免受食品在制作, 销售及使用方面受到伤害。它的作用也是确保所销售的食品无污染及符合1983年食品法令及1985年食品规则法令。
 TRADEMARK REGISTRATION
A trademark is a sign which distinguishes the goods and services of one trader from those of another. A sign includes words, logos, pictures, names, letters, numbers or a combination of these. A trademark is used as a marketing tool to enable customers in recognizing the product of a particular trader.
Registering a trademark provides greater protection, deters others from using your trademark, and provides the trademark owner with greater remedies.
商标注册
一个商标是一个象征, 以分辩有关商家所销售的某一项产品。一个象征包括字眼, 标志, 图象, 名字, 字号, 号码或这些组合。一个商业标志是使用为销售工具以让顾客认识此标志属于某个商家。
注册商标提供更大的保护, 防止其他人使用您的商标注册, 并提供商标注册者更多的益处。
HALAL LOGO REGISTRATION
Halal is an Arabic word which means lawful or permissible by Islamic laws.
The definition of ‘halal’ in accordance to Trade Descriptions (Use of expression ‘halal’) 1975 is as follows:
“When used in relation to food in any form whatsoever in the course of trade or business as or as part of, a trade description applied to the food, the expression ‘Halal’, ‘Di-Tanggung Halal’ or ‘Makanan Halal’ or any other expression indicating or likely to be understood as indicating that Muslims are permitted by their religion to consume such food such expression shall have the following meaning, that is to say the food in relation to which such expression or expressions are used:
A) Neither is nor consists of or contains any part or matter of an animal that a Muslim is prohibited by Hukum Syarak to consume or that has not been slaughtered in accordance with Hukum Syarak.
B) Does not contain anything which is considered to be impure according to Hukum Syarak.
C) Has not been prepared, processed or manufactured using instrument that was not free from anything impure according to Hukum Syarak; and
D) Has not in the course of preparation, processing or storage been in contact with or close proximity to any food that fails to satisfy paragraph (a) (b) or (c) or anything that is considered to be impure according to Hukum Syarak.
回教徒食品标志注册
回教徒食品是一个阿拉伯字意思是在回教法律下可食用之产品。
回教徒食品是根据1975年商业解释之意义如下:
“ 无论在所有或部份商业贸易或生意关于食品含义可使用此字眼 ” “ 回教徒可食用 ”或 “ 回教徒食品 ” “或其他使用于食品的意义或可解释为回教徒被允许食用, 所使用的含义包括:
A- 它无包含或含有任何或部份动物, 回教徒被禁止食用或没有根据回教教义所宰杀。
B- 它不包含任何被回教法律所认为不纯净的物质
C- 没有使用任何根据回教法律所认为不纯净的物质所准备, 加工或制造; 及
D- 没有根据上述的(a)(b)或(c) 所准备, 加工或储备或与任何被回教法律认为不纯净的被禁止食品。
